Jinjo Crew, the national representative B-boy team, was invited to the Seoul series of the world-class street dance competition 'IDL (International Dance League)' and visited the venue.
Held last Saturday, August 1st, at the Grand Peace Palace of Kyung Hee University in Seoul, this competition was organized as a stage where fierce competitions among professional dance teams from all over the world could be seen in one place.
IDL is the world's first global professional dance league created to develop dance into a sports league. Unlike existing dance competitions or audition programs where new participants compete every time, its biggest feature is a league system in which the same professional teams compete and build up rankings throughout the season.
The 2026 season continues with a total of five series across four continents, starting with New York, followed by Vancouver, Sydney, Seoul, and Los Angeles. Points acquired in each series are accumulated throughout the season, and the IDL World Champion is determined through the final Los Angeles Championship.
In the Seoul series, 1MILLION participated on behalf of South Korea, competing proudly with professional teams from around the world. As they are a team that has consistently communicated and interacted with Jinjo Crew, this meeting was even more meaningful. Jinjo Crew also sent sincere support to 1MILLION, who took on the challenge on the world stage.
Another welcoming meeting followed at the venue. They reunited with Nasir Sirikhan, the leader of the Norwegian representative dance team Quick Style. Beyond nationality and genre, their meeting connected by dance added even more meaning to the IDL Seoul Series.
Now, the IDL 2026 season has only the Los Angeles Championship remaining, which will be held from September 19 to 20. At the final moment of the season, interest is drawing to which team will rise to the highest position and claim the glory of the IDL World Champion.
