Youth B-boys and B-girls who will lead the future of Korean breaking gather in one place.

The 'Breaking Project', Korea's representative breaking competition co-hosted and organized by the SBS Foundation and the Korea Breaking Federation (KBF), will be held on August 15th at the SBS Prism Tower in Mapo-gu, Seoul.

First introduced in 2021, the Breaking Project has been held twice a year to discover breaking talent. It is deeply meaningful in that it does not simply stop at determining a winner, but operates various support programs so that award winners can continuously active and grow.

Now in its 11th year, the main protagonists of this competition are the youth athletes who will be responsible for the future of breaking. B-boys and B-girls with their own unique styles and potential will take to the stage to fully showcase the skills they have honed over time.

Adding to the significance of this competition, the entire WDSF Breaking Core Group, which played a pivotal role in having breaking adopted as an official sport for the 2024 Paris Olympics, will be in attendance. Having led the institutionalization and development of global breaking, they will participate in judging and other aspects of the competition to personally witness the potential and growth of South Korean youth athletes.

Members of the Jinjo Crew will also support the event on-site. Leader SKIM will participate as a 'BREAKING SPECIALIST', while FLETA will host as the MC, leading an atmosphere where athletes and the audience can enjoy together.

The 11th Breaking Project will take place on Saturday, August 15th, from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the Auditorium on the 3rd floor of the SBS Prism Tower. Anyone can join for free with no separate admission fee.

This stage offers a close-up look at the ambition and passion of the new generation. Attention is focused on what kind of potential the youth athletes, who will shape the tomorrow of Korean breaking, will demonstrate.
